     Red Ribbon Activities -- Another Great Year!

The annual Red Ribbon Kickoff, coordinated by a wonderful volunteer committee chaired by Julia Harrison of CommuniCare, presented a great series of week-long anti-drug activities this year ....

In support of the on-going battle against illegal drugs and substance abuse, look for October 2007 to be another great Red Ribbon Campaign. 

Red Ribbon Week (October 22 - 26, 2007) will follow...

      Why:   Red Ribbon was created in remembrance of Enrique Camerena. 

He was kidnapped and murdered because of his work on a drug case involving the Mexican Army, Police and government officials.
